Website Generation and Personnel Access: Website generation runs on Seodapop's own infrastructure. As described at seodapop.com/sub-processors, this includes Amazon Web Services (AWS) for infrastructure and hosting and Anthropic PBC for AI model inference under a zero-data-retention agreement. Authorized Seodapop personnel — for example, support and engineering administrators — may access the inputs and outputs of the site-generation process as part of providing, debugging, and securing the Service, including to respond to support requests, perform quality assurance, and prevent abuse or fraud. This is standard practice for AI-generation SaaS products.

Sensitive Information in Generation Inputs: Please do not submit personally identifiable information (PII) or other sensitive personal data — such as Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or passwords — as free-text input during the website-generation process, including in business descriptions, prompts, and uploaded content. Seodapop is not responsible for any PII or other sensitive personal data you voluntarily include in generation inputs. Please describe your business and content without including such information.

Data Retention: We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@seodapop.com.

Your Rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Residents of the EU/EEA have additional rights under the GDPR. Residents of California have rights under CCPA/CPRA.
