We notify you as you approach your included usage (at 75% and 90%). A temporary grace allowance keeps essential service running between 100–119% of your plan, and sustained overages may require a plan upgrade or additional credits.
What does the launch & implementation fee cover?
A one-time, managed setup of your website, AI receptionist, WhatsApp, calendars, and business knowledge base, including one or more implementation revision rounds — not a recurring charge.
Can I change plans later?
