This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Seodapop's website builder and related services ("Services"). By using the Services you agree to this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Prohibited content — You may not use Seodapop to create, host, or promote:

• Adult or sexually explicit content — pornography, escort services, or any content intended to sexually arouse or exploit. • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any content that sexualises or exploits minors. We are legally required to report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and will do so immediately upon discovery. • Hate speech and discrimination — content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. • Harassment and threats — content designed to threaten, harass, bully, or intimidate any individual or group. • Fraud and scams — phishing sites, fake reviews, pyramid schemes, deceptive investment offers, or any content designed to deceive consumers. • Malware and hacking — distribution of malicious software, exploits, remote access tools, or any content designed to compromise computer systems. • Illegal weapons and dangerous materials — sale or promotion of illegal firearms, explosives, or hazardous materials. • Controlled substances — sale or promotion of illegal drugs or prescription medication without a valid licence. • Human trafficking — any content facilitating labour or sexual trafficking. • Intellectual property infringement — content that knowingly infringes third-party copyright, trademark, or trade secret rights.

Trademark and brand impersonation: You may not use Seodapop to impersonate a brand, company, or individual, or to create a site that could confuse users into believing they are interacting with a different entity. Our systems perform automated trademark checks on brand names during discovery.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any site or account that violates this AUP, with or without notice. For serious violations (CSAM, malware, fraud), we will cooperate fully with law enforcement. Where we take enforcement action other than for CSAM or imminent harm, you may appeal by emailing appeals@seodapop.com within 14 days with a clear explanation; we will review and respond in good faith.

Reporting: To report a violation, email abuse@seodapop.com or use the abuse report form at /report-abuse.
