My domain is not verifying — troubleshooting

If your domain is stuck on "Pending" after 30 minutes:
1. Double-check the CNAME record exactly matches what we showed you. 2. Make sure you added the record to the correct domain (not a sub-zone). 3. Some registrars add an extra dot — your CNAME value should not end with a period in most UIs. 4. Clear your DNS cache: run `ipconfig /flushdns` (Windows) or `sudo dscacheutil -flushcache` (Mac). 5. Use an online DNS checker (e.g. dnschecker.org) to verify propagation globally.
